Palmetto Proactive offers high-quality, affordable diagnostic imaging at our dedicated imaging center. We provide MRI, CT scans, and X-rays to patients across all of our South Carolina locations, including Spartanburg and Greenville. Just like our direct primary care practice, we've removed insurance barriers and kept pricing transparent. You'll know your cost before you arrive.
Physician referrals are accepted from both Palmetto Proactive providers and outside providers. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Our Imaging Services
We offer a full range of diagnostic imaging services to support accurate diagnosis and faster care. All imaging is performed at our Spartanburg imaging center, with results coordinated directly with your referring provider.
MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
Our 1.5T wide-bore MRI delivers detailed, high-quality images comparable to hospital-based systems. The wide-bore design makes the experience more comfortable, especially for patients who experience claustrophobia. We offer MRI services for patients across Spartanburg, Greenville, and surrounding areas of South Carolina.
CT (Computed Tomography)
CT scans produce fast, detailed cross-sectional images of the body. They are commonly used to evaluate fractures, kidney stones, internal bleeding, and lung conditions. Our CT services are available to patients throughout the Spartanburg and Greenville, SC area.
X-Ray
A quick and effective way to assess bone fractures, infections, and certain lung conditions.
