Palmetto Proactive provides affordable MRI, CT scans, and X-rays at our dedicated Spartanburg imaging center. We welcome patients from Greenville and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities, including those who are not Palmetto Proactive members.
Like our direct primary care services, our imaging center offers transparent, self-pay pricing without insurance billing. You'll know the cost of your scan before your appointment, with no unexpected insurance-related charges.
We accept physician referrals from Palmetto Proactive providers and outside healthcare professionals. A physician referral is required for all imaging services; self-referrals are not accepted.
Our Imaging Services
We offer a full range of diagnostic imaging services to support accurate diagnosis and faster care. All imaging is performed at our Spartanburg imaging center, with results coordinated directly with your referring provider.
MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
Our 1.5T wide-bore MRI delivers detailed, high-quality images comparable to hospital-based systems. The wide-bore design makes the experience more comfortable, especially for patients who experience claustrophobia. We offer MRI services for patients across Spartanburg, Greenville, and surrounding areas of South Carolina.
CT (Computed Tomography)
CT scans produce fast, detailed cross-sectional images of the body. They are commonly used to evaluate fractures, kidney stones, internal bleeding, and lung conditions. Our CT services are available to patients throughout the Spartanburg and Greenville, SC area.
X-Ray
A quick and effective way to assess bone fractures, infections, and certain lung conditions.
