Dr. Moretz has been with Palmetto Proactive since 2018, but has been practicing medicine for 40 years. She received her BS in biology from Armstrong State College in Savannah Georgia, and her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, where she also completed her residency. Dr. Moretz is a member of the Spartanburg County Medical Society (former President), South Carolina Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.
