Dr. Saiward Glenn is a Spartanburg native. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Wofford College, her Medical Degree from USC School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. After residency she started work immediately at MGC Family Medicine Boiling Springs and practiced there for almost a decade before joining Palmetto Proactive!
