There are no copays for covered office visits, and you know your membership cost upfront. Other services, including certain labs, procedures, and imaging, may be available at included or discounted rates depending on the service and location.

Built for Uninsured and High-Deductible Families

You don't need traditional health insurance to become a Palmetto Proactive member. For people who are uninsured, self-employed, between jobs, or enrolled in a high-deductible health plan, membership provides a predictable way to access routine primary care.

Instead of deciding whether an office visit is worth another out-of-pocket expense, members can use their primary care benefits when they need them. This can include sick visits, preventive care, medication management, and ongoing care for chronic conditions.

When additional testing is needed, members also have coordinated access to Palmetto Proactive's Imaging Center for MRI, CT, and X-ray services.
